When will my order ship?
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.
We currently offer standard Royal shipping which is fully tracked and you will be sent a tracking number once your order ships.
Your order will be despatched up to 5 business days after your order is placed.
Royal Mail are suffering from industrial action so please be patient if your order is delayed, we will keep you fully updated with the situation.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, however you need to be quick, email treats@sweetrebels.co.uk with the subject line UPDATE MY ORDER
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, email us ASAP at treats@sweetrebels.co.uk with the subject line CANCEL MY ORDER and we'll process it for you. If the order has been shipped we won't be able to refund you, we think that's fair.
I received the wrong scoops?
If you received the wrong scoops in your build your own bag, please send us an email with a picture of your bag to treats@sweetrebels.co.uk and we will send you a new bag or issue you with a refund.
If your bag is missing one scoop it's most likely a stock issue, we top up your bag with additional scoops from your selection if this is the case.

Where can I find the ingredients?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most addresses in the UK.
When you add your delivery address at the checkout, if we DON'T ship to you, you won't be able to complete your payment.
We don't offer international shipping at this stage.
